Terms & Conditions for General Membership

1. Voluntary Membership: General Membership of Nature Welfare Council is voluntary and open to individuals who wish to support environmental protection and sustainable development initiatives.
2. Purpose of Membership: Members agree to support the objectives of the Council including environmental awareness, tree plantation, terrace gardening, vermicomposting, water conservation, and other nature-related activities.
3. Accuracy of Information: The member confirms that the information provided during registration is true and accurate. Any false information may lead to cancellation of membership.
4. Code of Conduct: Members must maintain respectful behavior and support the values, mission, and reputation of Nature Welfare Council.
5. Non-Commercial Use: Membership in the Council does not grant permission to use the Council’s name, logo, or identity for personal, political, or commercial purposes without prior written approval.
6. Participation in Activities: Members may voluntarily participate in Council programs, campaigns, and environmental initiatives organized at local, district, state, or national levels.
7. Data Usage: The Council may use the member’s information only for communication regarding programs, campaigns, and membership-related updates.
8. Termination of Membership: Nature Welfare Council reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if any member is found violating the Council’s rules, ethics, or objectives.
9. Modification of Terms: Nature Welfare Council may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official website.
